StatsLateral is an operator-led, outcome-based consulting practice. We help growth-stage and enterprise companies turn AI and data into measurable business results.

This is not a ticket-management or ceremonies role. You'll do the analysis, synthesis, and building that sit underneath senior-level decisions.

What you'll do

Six kinds of work you'll own.

Portfolio analysisPull and reconcile data from multiple tools. Spot gaps, conflicts, and risks across portfolios of AI and analytics initiatives, and keep the picture current week to week.

Value and ROI modelingBuild and pressure-test business cases: benefit levers, cost, ROI, and realized versus estimated value, so the numbers hold up in front of stakeholders.

Research and sourcingFind the primary source behind every claim or benchmark, and say who produced it and why they might want it to be true.

Executive materialsTurn a storyline into clear slides, memos and one-pagers, and keep versions under control.

AI-native workflowsDesign and improve the AI-assisted workflows we use to work faster, and test where agents can take over manual work.

Strategy supportProduct-market-fit analysis, user research synthesis, positioning and GTM work across StatsLateral's own initiatives.

Think in structure and write clearly; a messy spreadsheet bothers you
Use AI tools every day as a force multiplier, and know where they fail
Are comfortable with ambiguity and manage yourself
Bring 1–4 years in consulting, product, strategy, analytics, or a startup, or show us equivalent thinking
Have professional-level written and spoken English
